Do you ever feel bad for the losing nominees at the Academy Awards? Well, you won't anymore, that's for sure. Each year, all of the nominees are awarded a lavish swag bag from the marketing company Distinctive Assets. This year's gifts will not disappoint, coming in at over $200,000 worth of products.

That means actors like Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Rachel McAdams, and Christian Bale will be walking away with all sorts of crazy stuff, whether or not they win that golden statue.

Since the release of Distinctive Assets' swag bag, the Academy has been very unhappy. In fact, they're suing the marketing company for infringing copyright. The Academy's legal counsel elaborated on their concerns, stating that Distinctive Assets' wording was falsely making it seem as though they are affiliated with the Academy. See what's inside the gift bag that is creating so much controversy.
