Romy Newman

Romy Newman is co-founder of Fairygodboss, a business with the mission is to improve the workplace for women everywhere. Previously, Romy ran digital advertising sales and operations at The Wall Street Journal. Past roles include marketing for Google and Estee Lauder, and Romy is an alum of Yale and Kellogg. She is a proud mother of two, and is motivated by helping other women have the same fantastic career experiences that she has had.
